After testing, the bottle can use 6 sets of vision system and mature testing institutions to detect bottle mouth defects, bottle mouth deformation, black spots on the bottle body and black spots on the bottom of the bottle stably. The vacuum conveyor belt can ensure that the position of the product is not offset during movement. The test speed can reach 5 per second, without pouring the bottle. The speed of the feeding part is guaranteed by the customer. The stainless steel plate is used at the joint of the feeding chain plate and the detection machine, and the discharge port is the same.
